Ma Bourgogne is one of our favorite restaurants in the world. it's location in Place de Vosges is ideal, it's intimate charming ambience cannot be beat. and it has first rate service and unfussy and delicious food. We always make sure the have a meal there when we are in Paris.
Cadre très agréable, étonnement peu bruyant, service au petit soin et cuisine excellente: des plats issus de la cuisine rustique traditionnelle, mais aux saveurs subtilement mises en valeur par le Chef (nous avons dégusté des andouillettes et rognons remarquables)
We were last here three years ago when it was owned by Thérèse and Aimé and it was great! With the new owners, I’m glad to say it is just as great! I had the same meal I did last time…escargot, steak tartare and rhum Baba. Everything was delish. Service was great. I hope it doesn’t take me three years to get back again!
Ma Bourgogne is in a beautiful location under the vaulted celings at Place des Vosges. We had an al fresco table. I really loved the food (foie gras and cordon bleu), the red wine and the service. A lovely restaurant.
